簡介背景 (研究建構+研究問題) Recent changes in the daily diets of Taiwanese towards foods with high cholesterol contents and high energy, along with sedentary life styles, have increased the annual rate of thrombosis. Anti-platelet aggregation and development of an anti-coagulation drug are of priority concern in combating thrombosis. However, given the many categories of anticoagulation drugs, the adverse effects of commonly administered drugs is too high, while the sensitivity of traditional platelet function assays is too low. The inability to alleviate these adverse effects will lead to hemorrhaging or allergies following administration of anticoagulation drugs. Moreover, the inability to increase the sensitivity of determination makes it impossible to detect the lowest levels of platelet formation. 目標 Therefore, this work presents a highly sensitive determination method, capable of assessing the lowest levels of secretion from an activated platelet and facilitating efforts to develop a new anticoagulation drug.
