介紹管理方案的目標 Therefore, we developed an analog video decoder that can automatically sense and switch between NTSC and PAL systems. 管理方案方法論的細節描述 A circuit for a video composite video signal decoder was developed, which contains a VCOM amplifier. Sensing and switching functions were then incorporated for differentiating between specific systems, NTSC and PAL. Next, a PLL circuit was added since the demand frequency of PAL is 4.43 MHz.
