介紹管理方案的目標 Therefore, we devised a knowledge management-based method for emergency medical units to benchmark staff performances, ultimately enhancing the quality of medical services. 管理方案方法論的細節描述 Attitudes towards how to incorporate knowledge management practices in emergency medical units were solicited via a questionnaire survey. Based on those results, principal components for a knowledge management-based performance’s index were identified.
