研究目標 Based on the above, we should develop a highly sensitive determination method, capable of assessing the lowest levels of secretion from an activated platelet and facilitating efforts to develop a new anticoagulation drug.
達成目標的方法 To do so, anti-platelet aggregation compounds can be isolated from Chinese herbal medicine. Secretion from an activated platelet can then be assessed, demonstrating several biological activities in these compounds, including antioxidant activity and anti-inflammation. Next, the role of inhibited stimulators in inducing platelet aggregation to developing an anticoagulation drug can be assessed.
希望的結果 As anticipated, the proposed determination method can facilitate the use of Chinese herbal medicine as an anticoagulation drug by reducing adverse effects by at least 80%.
領域的貢獻 In addition to contributing to the effectiveness of Chinese herbal medicine in preventing thrombosis-related complications and myocardial infarction, the proposed determination method can assess the lowest levels of secretion from an activated platelet and detect inherited deficiencies.
