工程計劃建構 Inflated steel costs in Taiwan over the past two years have led to increased construction costs and lower industrial profits. 工程計劃問題 Subsequent delays in steel bridge construction projects have made it impossible for the CEC to forecast the launching of a project, posing a high risk to new construction efforts. The owner claimed that the contractor made a breach of contract and insisted on confiscating the performance bond of the steel bridge project, compensating for the difference in the re-bidding fee and publicizing this transgression in a government procurement bulletin to prevent CEC from bidding on projects for a year.
