Graduate school exposed Jerry to the high pressure and demands of conducting original research and publishing findings in international journals. These capabilities will undoubtedly allow him to excel in the biotechnology field, as they more fully equip him with technical and professional expertise. His diverse scientific interests allow him to see beyond the conventional limits of a discipline and fully comprehend how his field relates to others. Undergraduate and graduate-level courses in biotechnology often included term projects that allowed him to apply theoretical concepts in a practical context and develop problem-solving skills. 簡介背景 (研究建構+研究問題) Since implementation of the National Health Insurance scheme in Taiwan, the medical sector has heavily emphasized minimizing operating cots and enhancing medical quality simultaneously. Given advances in medical-oriented information technology in clinical practice, hospitals have widely adopted an outsourcing policy for the development and maintenance of information systems. As hospitals strive to select information technology contractors that meet their particular outsourcing needs, the medical sector urgently needs evaluation criteria for outsourcing to information technology contractors to alleviate unnecessary risks and achieve an excellent performance. However, conventional decision-making methods can not evaluate efficiently and objectively which outsourcing contractors are the most appropriate. 目標 Therefore, this work describes a novel selection model for medical information system outsourcing to evaluate the reliability of potential contractors. The proposed model can integrate various evaluation criteria suitable for the medical sector, thus ensuring excellent software quality that complies with National Health Insurance regulation.
