Human relations have intrigued Lisa since childhood. Each individual has his or her own unique way of communicating. Finding the most effective way to communicate one’s intended meaning is essential. Lisa’s fascination with this endeavor led her to continue to research human relations after completing undergraduate school. A management course in which she enrolled during her senior year at university totally challenged her previous ways of thinking. During that period, she decided to pursue a Master’s degree in Business Management. Her work experience after she received undergraduate and graduate level training increased her desire to grasp management principles more fully. Theoretical knowledge has little value without work experience. Several years of practical work experience and solid determination have prepared Lisa for a management level position in a reputed company such as GHI Corporation.

* 簡介背景 (研究建構+研究問題)
簡介背景 (研究建構+研究問題) Changes in Taiwan’s National Health Insurance policy have led to stringent competition among an increasing number of hospitals to receive case payment for treating patients given a fixed allocated budget, necessitating that hospitals change their management approaches to remain competitive. Given the increasingly competitive medical treatment services offered nationwide, conventional management methods have lost their competitiveness in handling case-payment schemes owing to the inability to fully understand market needs, which is essential to establishing an effective strategy to increase revenues. The inability to handle case-payment schemes effectively will lead to a further loss in hospital revenues, eventually leading to a reduction in personnel and community services.目標 Therefore, this work presents an effective quality control index based on customer relations management to analyze how individuals select a hospital to receive medical treatment, thus providing a valuable reference for policymakers in the medical sector.
