方法 Attitudes towards how to incorporate knowledge management practices in emergency medical units are solicited via a questionnaire survey. Based on those results, principal components for a knowledge management-based performance’s index are identified. Appropriate benchmarks to assess the performances of emergency unit staff are then identified by using analytic hierarchy process (AHP). 歸納希望的結果及 Analysis results indicate that the proposed knowledge management-based method for emergency medical units enhances orientation training and related contents, as well determines the appropriate frequency of such training.
